How platform pricing is calculated

Qwekee uses marginal pricing. Reaching a new pricing band does not change the price of the vehicles already calculated in earlier bands. Only the additional vehicles receive the lower rate.

An active vehicle is a vehicle that is enabled to accept bookings and use connected rental operations during the billing month. Deactivated and seasonal vehicles remain in your account with their history but do not generate a platform charge.

The monthly invoice is based on the highest number of active vehicles during that billing month.

Manual staff, walk-in and back-office bookings create no acquisition fee. Voice and chat widget bookings are charged according to the operator’s active bid when accepted and confirmed.

Performance-based distribution

You decide what a confirmed booking is worth.

Qwekee can distribute your live availability and final prices through AI assistants, connected partners, affiliates and the Qwekee booking marketplace. An acquisition charge applies only when your business accepts and confirms a booking generated through these channels.

Activate the widget with your bid

The Voice and Chat Widget is an optional automated sales channel. It answers customer questions, checks live availability, recommends suitable vehicles and helps complete reservations without a live operator.

To activate the widget, set the amount you are willing to pay for each accepted and confirmed booking. The minimum bid is €1 for EUR accounts or $1 for USD accounts.

The operator can change or remove the bid at any time. Removing the bid disables the widget.

Bid active

The widget is enabled and can generate bookings. Your selected bid is charged only for bookings you accept and confirm.

No bid

The widget is disabled. Conversations and booking attempts cannot generate acquisition charges.

Marketplace and partner distribution

For marketplace and partner distribution, the acquisition bid can influence offer ranking together with live availability, total rental price, location, vehicle requirements and operator quality.

Offers with a zero acquisition bid may still be distributed after bidding offers when they meet the customer’s requirements.

Full pricing control: Qwekee does not require rate parity. You control the price offered through every channel. Qwekee sends the operator’s configured rental price without adding a customer-facing markup.

Clear about what is separate

Vehicle Hardware

Compatible telematics hardware is purchased separately and remains the operator’s property. Typical hardware cost is approximately €100–€200 per vehicle, depending on the device and required capabilities. Qwekee does not add a hardware margin. Installation is charged separately.

Messages and External Services

SMS messages, payment-provider fees and other external services are charged separately by the operator’s selected provider. The operator may use its own provider account and negotiated rates.

What counts as an active vehicle?

Can I deactivate seasonal vehicles?

Yes. A deactivated vehicle remains in your account with its operational history but does not generate a platform subscription charge.

Is telematics included?

The native Qwekee telematics software is included. Compatible vehicle hardware is purchased separately and remains yours.

How do I activate the Voice and Chat Widget?

Set a bid of at least €1 for a EUR account or $1 for a USD account. The widget remains enabled while the bid is active. If the bid is removed, the widget is disabled.

When am I charged for a widget booking?

Your selected bid is charged only when a booking generated through the widget is accepted and confirmed. Conversations, searches and unsuccessful booking attempts create no charge.

Can I switch off marketplace distribution?

Yes. You control which distribution channels are active and can change or disable marketplace distribution when required.

What happens above 1,000 vehicles?

There is no maximum fleet size. Every additional active vehicle above 250 is calculated at €4 per month.

Is VAT included?

Displayed prices exclude VAT. VAT is added only when applicable.
